The work is framed as advisory and implementation support, liaising and coordination, or a small scoped pilot.
Scope, outputs, responsibilities, timing, exclusions, and partner roles are confirmed before paid work begins.
For teams that need help making technical, BIM, digital, R&D, documentation, or implementation work easier to understand, organise, discuss, and move forward.
Responsible boundary: MADESAI provides advisory, structuring, documentation, research, readiness review, and implementation support within an agreed scope. MADESAI does not provide certification, legal advice, financial advice, audit assurance, regulated engineering sign-off, survey-grade guarantees, or specialist technical liability unless this is separately agreed in writing and legally permitted. Final decisions, formal approvals, contractual commitments, and regulated technical responsibilities remain with the relevant client, contracting party, or qualified specialist.
For work that involves multiple parties, external expertise, events, vendors, or delivery partners, and needs clearer coordination without transferring specialist or contractual responsibility to MADESAI.
Responsible boundary: MADESAI provides coordination, research, documentation, communication support, and non-binding meeting or event support within an agreed scope. MADESAI does not make binding commitments, technical guarantees, commercial promises, legal interpretations, or specialist sign-offs on behalf of any client or partner. Specialist technical responsibility, commercial terms, legal obligations, and liability remain with the relevant qualified party or contracting organisation.
