MADESAI exists because many projects do not fail for lack of ambition. They stall because the problem is unclear, the documentation is weak, the stakeholders are misaligned, the options are not compared, or the knowledge is difficult to communicate.

Siddharth Panjwani
Siddharth has a background in Construction Management & Engineering and works across built environment, BIM and digital delivery, sustainability reporting support, technical research, education, project coordination, and documentation-heavy advisory work.
Based in the Netherlands with an India-Europe perspective, he works through MADESAI as a focused micro advisory studio. Clients work directly with the person structuring the problem and producing the output.
MADESAI is intentionally small: built for focused advisory, clear documentation, flexible collaboration, and practical coordination.
