MADESAI is led by Siddharth Panjwani, a construction management and digital delivery professional based in the Netherlands.
Siddharth works between technical complexity and practical progress. His role is to understand unclear situations, structure the moving parts, engage the right people, and help clients move toward a credible next step.
His background spans construction management, digital delivery, technical advisory work, sustainability and compliance research, project coordination, education, and India-Europe partner collaboration.
This makes MADESAI useful for work that does not fit neatly into one box: too early for formal procurement, too technical for generic coordination, too fragmented for normal execution, or too relationship-driven to handle casually.
